Tonsmeire Properties is a local family-run business, that builds, owns and manages homes and neighborhoods in Alabama for over 40 years. Homes
range from economical studio spaces to elegant five bedroom palaces,
furnished and unfurnished, stretching from the Gulf Coast to the
Huntsville/Madison Area, although based and primarily located in Baldwin
County.

Sustainability
We feel like sustainable stewardship is part of providing a quality home and being responsible member of society. Tonsmeire Properties is making incremental changes toward sustainability. Tonsmeire Properties is paving the way for sustainable business in the multifamily industry. Just a few examples are: many of the homes that Tonsmeire Properties manages has received an energy cents rating, and we have a preventive maintenance program for all hvac units and throughout each space. As roofs need replacing, we are using metal and internal communication is all electronic. We use teleconferencing when able, and all community newsletters have a green tip section, in order to try to get the residents involved.
