In the event of a medical emergency, fire, life-threatening situation, or to report a crime in progress, call 911 first.

For safety reasons, we do not allow flamable items, candles, cigarettes without proper extinguishing, or other hazards on the property.

Report chirping smoke detectors to the office. Don't remove the battery.

Never walk away from an oven or stove while it’s on, especially while in oven cleaning mode.

Clean your clothes dryer's lint trap after each load.

Report maintenance issues as soon as they come up.

Inform the leasing office if you plan to be out of town.

Don't store anything in the HVAC closet.

Change your air filter monthly.

Dishwasher and laundry pods are highly discouraged because they can damage appliances.

Avoid putting fibrous foods (celery, potato peels, onion skins), grease/fats, starchy foods (rice, pasta), coffee grounds, and hard items (bones, fruit pits) in the garbage disposal. Soft, non-fibrous, everyday food scraps are safe to put down a garbage disposal, provided they are fed in small amounts alongside a strong flow of cold water.

Avoid flushing items like Q-tips, soap bars, diapers, cleansing wipes, etc., down the toilet.

Always report a running toilet immediately as this can sharply increase a water bill. Turn off the water when not in use until the issue is resolved.

Keep the bathroom exhaust fan on during showers and for 15 minutes after each shower.

Grills must be a minimum of 10ft from the home while in use (Grills are not allowed at our apartment communities, only at our single-family homes).
